i'm a Telecommunication Engineer and i find accuracy very important though the map has some flaws. I really tried to be accurate on this map. I made the map with the World Builder and changed its name to EarthStandard and replaced it with the "civ6map" file type which exists in the map folder of civ 6, and the combination of these 2 EarthStandard maps that one is the old LUA file and the other is the civ6map one that i built on world builder, works fine in the game. you'll make me so happy if you share your ideas with me concerning the map. Recent iterations have made things easier for newcomers but we thought we'd do. It definitely has big flaws, that's why i thought of sharing it here with you guys so i could make the map better. Sid Meier's Civilization series is one of the most respected gaming series of all time with a loyal following spanning thousands of players, It's also one of the most difficult games to get into if you don't know what you're doing. but still, i really think this is one of the best earth maps there is. the only problem is that i went over myself with the resources and used too many.
and i even studied for days to decide which rivers must be on the map to be fair, worldwide. i used all sorts of real maps of mountains, Jungles &. That's why i got so excited when i found out there is this thing called " World Builder " and i made an earth map, a huge size one which is really accurate in Geography. also the maps that came later on civ 6 itself were nothing but jokes cause they weren't accurate at all and they weren't even huge.

on my PC and other maps just lacked in details. some of them were too big that i couldn't get passed modern era though i have good RAM &. So, i couldn't enjoy civ 6 as i wanted to because there was no accurate map of earth. Hi ! i'm an old civ fan and i only play earth maps, i can never relate to random maps !
